Message in both the 60U and the 55Y filter media. Of the 4 reports, there was actually a decrease in particulate content over 3 samples done in 2008. Filters were (my memory is hazy, but I believe 60U - 55Y - 60U in order of sample.) The forurth sample is when I spun a rod bearing and the solid content in the oil spiked considerably :)

Oil was the same, Mobil 1 10W30 for all.

If we had a filter setup like the VQ engines, I'd be looking for something better... possibly larger. They have a tiny filter and a frequent change-out interval. That, in my mind, is a triumph of cost-cutting over engineering.
